C-ROKers

C-ROKers

The C-ROKers consist of a 2 stage system; the Stage 1 ROK Skins and the Stage 2 ROK Rails.

The Stage 1 ROK Skins are designed for those that want to maximum clearance or for those that just want to maintain the factory look while still achieving great rocker panel protection.

The ROK Skins are laser cut of 3/16”plate steel and formed to match the Cherokee rocker panel contour. A total of 22 attachment points connect each ROK Skin to your Cherokee. 11 bolts connect through the pinch seam to welded nuts on the protected inner side of the ROK Skin and 11 self drilling bolts secure the outer edge to the rocker panel.

The combined shear strength of these 22 connecting bolts is over 10,000 lbs.

The ROK skins are formed to maintain a continuous flat bottom to allow for high lift jacking anywhere along the length of the rocker.

The Stage 2 ROK Rails are designed to be used in conjunction with the Stage 1 ROK Skins.

The ROK Rails provide outboard tube rails to slide over and even pivot around obstacles. The ROK Rails also provide the solid mounting base for the C-ROK external cage pillars.

The Rails are constructed of 1.5” diameter by 0.120” thick steel tube and are double sleeved for a nearly ¼” wall thickness along the straight outboard and underside lengths to resist denting and deformation under even the most extreme rock collisions.

The ROK Rails are designed to be either bolted or welded to the ROK Skins and include three stand-offs back to the Cherokee subframe for additional mounting strength.
